Qualification is determined by the amount of homeowner’s equity in the home and the homeowner being current on his/her mortgage payments.

$5,000 MINIMUM JOB SIZE. NO MAXIMUM JOB SIZE

Other pre-sale renovation providers have either high minimums or low maximums. with our low project minimum of $5,000 and no maximum job size, we can offer the solution your home needs-- whether small or large.

NO LISTING PRICE REDUCTION REQUIREMENT

Buyer Appeal will never tell you what to do with your home. that’s a decision for you, your family, and your realtor alone. We are here to help. That’s it.

 

NO INTEREST UNTIL 180 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION

Buyer Appeal charges zero interest for first 180 days following completion of our work. Beginning on the 181 day, interest will be assessed at 6% APR. We’ve never had to charge interest because homes with buyer appeal sell.

NO LUMP SUM BALLOON PAYMENT

The balance of your payment comes due one year after completion of the job; however, you have the option to pay the balance over time with reasonable payment plan.
